A brief history of Rockstar Games

Founded in 1998 by brothers Sam and Dan Houser, Rockstar Games has become famous for its ability to create games with sensational storylines and incredible atmosphere. The company was originally known as DMA Design, but the name change to Rockstar marked the start of something truly unique in the gaming world.

They took their first steps into the video game market with the production of the controversial yet innovative Grand Theft Auto series. Grand Theft Auto series

GTA, who doesn’t know it? This now legendary open-world saga, where we can roam huge cities, steal cars and, well, be naughty, has millions of fans around the world.

Grand Theft Auto V is an undeniable hit. It is the fifth instalment in the series and introduces three playable characters: Michael, Franklin and Trevor. GTA V also features the incredibly realistic open world of Los Santos, which is full of life, surprising events and amazing places to explore. Bully

Bully, also known as Canis Canem Edit, is a game in which we take on the role of a high school student. The idea behind this game is pure gold! Here we have to deal with adolescent problems, rivalries between school factions and trying to win the affection of the girls. It’s great fun with a hint of nostalgia for the good old days.

Bully features an open world that we can explore by taking part in lessons, side quests and main missions that guide us through the story. Despite the school atmosphere, the gameplay is dynamic, fun and full of humour. It’s worth giving this somewhat forgotten but very rewarding game from Rockstar Games a chance.

Manhunt series

Manhunt is a controversial series from Rockstar Games that focuses on the violent and gritty aspects of the criminal world. Our character in the first section of the game is James “Cash” Earl Cash, a prisoner who has been granted clemency on the condition that he participate in a perilous game of survival. We must confront gangs and kill enemies in brutal ways to satisfy our mysterious guardian, who is watching us through cameras.

In Manhunt 2 we become Daniel Lamb, who is suffering from amnesia and is trying to discover the truth about himself and his past. As in the first game, the gameplay focuses on violent combat, stealth and enemy elimination.
