2. Definitions
In this document the following terms shall have the following meaning:
- 2.1"Regulations" - this document;
- 2.2"Terms and Conditions" or "T&C" - Terms and Conditions of our Website available here;
- 2.3“Service Provider” or “we” or “us” – K4G LTD, registered office address: Arch. Makariou & Evagorou, 1-7 MITSI 3, 1st floor, Flat/Office 102, 1065, Nicosia, Cyprus, Reg. No. AE3530;
- 2.4“K4G Affiliate Program” - program allowing Affiliates to obtain financial benefits by advertising the Website especially by sharing Affiliate Link;
- 2.5“Affiliate” or “you” - any person who joins or participate in the K4G Affiliate Program;
- 2.6“Website” – website, available at https://k4g.com with all of its subdomains;
- 2.7“working days” – days from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in the country of Service Provider registered seats;
- 2.8“User” – any person who purchases the Product through the Website (with or without registration);
- 2.9“User’s Account” – account of the person who registers in the Website, pursuant to the provisions of the T&C;
- 2.10“Affiliate Account” – part of User’s Account in the Website, which is activated and made available upon signing up as the Affiliate;
- 2.11“Product” – goods in the digital form, offered via the Website, especially video game keys or game activation codes;
- 2.12“Affiliate Link” – a hyperlink assigned to the Affiliate, containing a unique identification of the Affiliate, which is used by the Affiliate to invite Users to buy Products on the Website;
- 2.13“Marketing Materials” - information or advertising materials which may be made available by the Service Provider to the Affiliate within K4G Affiliate Program and used by the Affiliate to invite Users to buy Products and promote the Website;
- 2.14“Second-Tier Affiliate” – a person who successfully sign up for K4G Affiliate Program from the Affiliate Link of the given Affiliate;
- 2.15“Third-Tier Affiliate” – a person who successfully sign up for K4G Affiliate Program from the Second-Tier Affiliate Link.
Singular expressions also apply to the plural when the context so requires, and vice versa.
